Exposure Wizard is designed without account creation and does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use. The policy below explains the limited technical context and how voluntarily provided information is handled.
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address is transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Since the Application does not collect information during normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting alice65hargreaves@gmail.com.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided through other means by a child, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of exposure is limited. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold.
If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, affected users will be notified where required by applicable law.
The Application does not retain personal information generated through normal use. Information voluntarily sent to the Service Provider, such as support correspondence, is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, meet legitimate administrative needs, or comply with applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or securely disposed of.
You may request deletion of information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by emailing alice65hargreaves@gmail.com. Requests will be handled within a reasonable period, subject to any information the Service Provider is legally required to retain. Uninstalling the Application removes locally stored app data from the device in accordance with the device platform's normal behaviour.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated policy with an effective date. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider at alice65hargreaves@gmail.com.
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
